Several years back I was informed by a client that they couldn’t access my website. After countless days I was able to get a call back from my hosting and web page design company. The company got it back up but the content of the site was messed up. After weeks of no response, I contacted Computer Geek on a Sunday to leave a message for a return call on Monday. 10 minutes later to my surprise I had a return phone call from Rich at the Geek. By the following day my website was back to normal. As soon as I could I had the Geeks do my hosting and have recently had them build me a new website. Rich and his crew have been very professional, have always answered any questions I have had and are priced reasonably. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is having website issues or needs a face lift on their existing one.

Rich Agnew and his crew at Computer Geek are great to work with. We switched hosting companies a couple of weeks ago and contacted Rich about transferring all our files to the new hosting company. The transfer was successful and smooth. I thought it would take at least a week or longer for the transfer, but Rich was able to complete it in less than 24 hours. I would highly recommend the Computer Geek if you have any problems with your website. I will definitely use them again the next time I need tech help.

I had a band website that relied on an old media player that eventually became obsolete when support for it was dropped. I had designed it myself, and in doing so I had a very specific way I wanted our music page to look and work, and in searching around for a fix I found that other web services were more interested in their own vision – rather than following the one I had in mind. The website is used to direct sales, but equally as import it is used as the portal for the support ticketing system. The site needed to be fixed quickly.
