When things went South with my at the time webmaster I went to the internet to find a new webmaster. I seen you went to your website and gave you a call. I was kind of freaked out about my webmaster advising a discount that I did not approve on my website, you removed it while I was on the phone. When I ask to pay you for your time you declined, and said it was no big deal. I was like huh!! “My retail web site, which has been online for over 12 years and has run the same php shopping cart all that time, suddenly encountered a problem related to the cart failing to send email order confirmation to my customers.
